Our apartment was lovely and clean. Very spacious and modern. Our host Kayla was great and helped us with car rental and places to go. Would recommend for a short stay in St Lucia

Upon arrival at Caille Blanc we knew we had found the hidden gem of the island. I felt like I was walking into another world! The view literally took my breath away. I felt like we were being welcomed by friends and was immediately at home there. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to make your experience unique and special. The Grotto Suite was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in away from home! The multi-jetted rain style shower was a nice touch of luxury. We chose the all inclusive plan which did not disappoint and we happily dined on site for 8 days. I enjoyed every drink from breakfast smoothies to the creative cocktails and the pours were always very generous. I sampled everything on the menu and every meal was delicious! These chefs deserve so much credit for the love that goes into every plate. The portions, presentation and flavors all top notch-absolutely mouthwatering! Making our experience so unique was probably the staff and level of service. Everyone there seems truly happy and we could feel the family-like atmosphere that worked like a well-oiled machine. Any time we needed anything there was someone more than willing to help. Rides were arranged easily to the beach, town, mud bath and waterfalls. We finished up our week with an amazing couples massage in the open air space overlooking the mountains and ocean. If you are looking for an intimate, serene, luxury true island experience I’d recommend Caille Blanc every time!

Amazing staff

This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July or Aug, but looks like it will be very nice when it opens. As for Bay Gardens beach, the staff, particularly our butlers Prisca and Nage were phenomenal, as well as V from the excursion desk. They helped do special things for our anniversary as well as our sons birthday, and reserved areas on beach and by pool for us, as well as getting drinks and making reservations for us. The staff at the spa was also nice. The place NEEDS the new restaurant at sapphire to open. The restaurant on site was ok, though pretty slow. The other properties (hotel, inn and marina) look old and dated and we only had a drink there waiting for shuttle. The rooms at bay gardens beach were ok, though a bit dated and had some maintenance/ant issues. Maintenance and housekeeping were pretty quick to address what they could, but our entire reason for booking was to get a brand new all inclusive (we had booked the 3 br beachfront villa with private pool), so were expecting more for what we paid. Pool and beach good.
